Mindfulness Taster

This session explores the extraordinary potential of the human mind through evidence-based mindfulness. Discover how mindfulness practices can enhance mental functioning and well-being. The session will also include experiential mindfulness exercises.

About Our Facilitator

 

Stanley Ng

After a rewarding international corporate career, Stanley transitioned to supporting personal and professional flourishing in others. A proponent of continuous learning, he earned a Masters in Coaching & Consulting for Change with Distinction from INSEAD in 2017 and furthered his studies with the Advanced Executive Coaching Programme at Cambridge University. His journey into mindfulness teaching commenced in 2018 and he is now in his final year of the Masters in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy at Oxford University.
